Terms of Service

These terms apply to estimates and bookings made through www.kestmoor.co.uk with Kestmoor Garden & Property Care ("Kestmoor", "we"). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Estimates are not contracts

Prices shown on the website are estimates calculated from our published rates and the information you give us. An estimate does not become a binding contract when you accept it online. We confirm the final price on arrival, before any work begins. If the garden differs materially from the description or photo, we will tell you the revised price and you may decline without charge.

2. Booking requests

Requesting a booking tells us your preferred date and time. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you to agree the appointment. No payment is taken through the website.

3. Our rates

Lawn mowing is charged at £20 per visit plus 10p per square metre (minimum £30). Garden cleaning is charged at £22 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Add-ons (such as edging or waste bags) and how estimates are calculated are listed in our pricing section. Prices are in whole pounds.

4. Extra work (change orders)

If we find work that was not included in the agreed price, we will describe it and its cost and email you a 6-digit approval code. We will not carry out or charge for extra work unless you give us that code. If you do not approve, we complete only the work originally agreed.

5. Completing the job

Each job is completed against a checklist, and we may take before-and-after photographs of the work area as a record. Please tell us before the visit about anything we should know, such as access, pets, delicate plants or hidden hazards.

6. Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Where weather or safety makes work impractical, we will contact you to rearrange at no cost to you.

7. Complaints

If you are not happy with our work, contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to put it right.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
